What do you mean by Printable Shop?
This is a printable only shop. No prints, printed materials, or physical products will be shipped. Only a digital file will be emailed to you.
Customised with your and your loved ones’ fashion sense, the portrait will be created and emailed to you as a digital file only, which you can then use online, print at home, or have it printed professionally by your local print shop.
Do I need a printer or to be proficient with computers?
You will receive a JPG file. Ideally you should know how to download a file, print or share the file in order to get the artwork printed. It really depends on how would you like to use your portrait. You can print it professionally and get it framed or maybe put your artwork on a mug and gift someone you love. The options are endless. Please check your printing options before purchasing.
How do I order?
Very simple! Look for the portrait / product you want. Select the number of people / pets /priority order.
There is only one size available, A4 (210 x 297mm). You can always print your image smaller but not bigger.
Once you have purchased your order, you will receive a confirmation email and order number. Please email us your order number and your photos at contact@drawadriandrawstudio.com
We will do our best to avoid the need for changes to your portrait. To help this go as smoothly as possible, please include in the photos all the details you want to see in your portrait. So, if you would like to request special details (eg. favourite t-shirt), please ensure you include this in the photos that you send us. We are unable to add or change any details after you have emailed us, so please ensure you have included everything in the photos that you send us.
How do I purchase a mug printable file?
You will need to order your portrait first. You will receive your portrait as an electronic file, by email.
An additional file for printing on a mug is available for £15. You will receive the digital file by email (not a physical mug). This file is formatted and ready to print on a mug straight away, so it will make your job easier when you send it to the printers.
If you are good with software… you don’t need to purchase the additional mug file.

How long does it take?
You should receive your portrait for approval within 20 working days. This might vary at busy times so please make sure to order well in advance if you need your portrait for a specific date. In in doubt email us at contact@drawadriandrawstudio.com
I need it urgently, can you help?
Yes! Purchase Priority Order at check out. Priority ordering may not be available at especially busy times.
Can I use these portraits for my business?
Artwork is for personal use only. Artwork can’t be resold, altered, adapted or manipulated in any way. Artwork should not be used on a logo or for commercial purposes
